一、专业开办历史

培育艺裳时尚创客,赋能产业数智发展!服装设计与工艺专业创建于1996年,是国家教育部骨干专业暨浙江省十三五高校优势专业。秉承“明德、慎思、崇实、创新”的校训,弘扬万向集团“鲁冠球三创精神”,服务长三角时尚产业数智化迭代升级的需求,培育具备社会主义核心价值观,有创意、善设计、会技术、懂经营为定位的时尚创客人才。

专业课程包括创客思维、创意与设计策划、立体裁剪、服装CAD、裤装设计与制作、连衣裙设计与制作、华服文化与创意设计综合实训、服装品牌设计、时尚创意专题设计、陈列设计、成为服装品牌连锁店店长

专业以深化产教融合为视角,构建“产业链、人才链、教育链、创新链、创业链”五链联动的“产学研用协同”培育路径,通过“双创课程、智创实践、众创设计、艺创华服、双创孵化”等培养模式,致力为浙江省“八大万亿”时尚产业高质量、高水平发展输送创客型人才,助力打造长三角服装产业新生态,为全国高职教育发展贡献“杭州智慧”。


专业教学改革成效显著,荣膺浙江省人民政府颁发的“浙江省高等教育教学成果一等奖”。教师教学水平和实践技能高超,获长三角民办高校教师教学技能大赛二等奖(实践组第一名)、中国服装创意设计与工艺教师技能大赛银奖。学生技能竞赛获国家、省市级100余奖项并登入杭州国际时尚周。历年毕业生就业率、母校总体满意度、教学水平满意度、专业相关度等人才培养质量位居全院前列。 

专业注重发挥优势特色和应用研究的溢出效应,教师社会服务达40000余人次,完成教育部、省哲社、局厅级等纵横向教科研课题30余项,省在线建设课程1门,市精品课程2门,发表学术论文40余篇,授权实用新型专利10项,主编校本教材5本,出版学术研究专著1部并获2020年度学院标志性成果二等奖。

三、师资队伍

本专业拥有浙江省高职高专专业带头人2名、杭州市教学名师2名、杭州市优秀教师2名、市服装技术能手1名,市131人才2人,院杰出教师2名;高级职称占比50%,硕士学位教师占比超过85%,且2人具有境外留学背景;双师型教师占87.5%。

四、校企合作及国际交流

专业集聚区域内时尚产业的众多资源,实施优势互补、产教互赢,协同促进、融合共育的战略性举措,共建校内艺裳数智创新基地、市级优秀技能名师工作室、13家领军企业校外实训基地。每学年接纳学生顶岗实习和毕业实习100余人次、合作开发课程8门。

专业强化国际交流,实施全人发展计划,连续两年资助37名学生赴香港知名大学进行高端技术研修;举办学院首个国际学术研讨会,来自美国、英国、韩国、新西兰等世界著名时尚学府以及北京服装学院等国内著名高校教授的精彩讲座,开阔教师和学生的设计创意思维。

I.History of the Major

Cultivate fashion makers and empower the industry digital-intelligent development! Founded in 1996, Fashion Design and Technology ajor is the backbone major of the

Ministry of Education and the advantageous major of Zhejiang Province in the 13th 

Five-Year Plan. Adhering to the school's motto of 'morality, deliberation, truthfulness and innovation', the major carries forward Wanxiang Group's 'Lu Guanqiu's Creative Spirits', serves the needs of the Yangtze River Delta fashion industry for the iterative upgrading of digital intelligence, and cultivates fashion maker talents with socialist core values, 

creativity, good at design, skilled, and know management about fashion industry. 

The program is designed to help students to develop their skills and knowledge in fashion design and management.
The courses including
 Maker Thinking, Creativity and Design Planning, 3D Cutting, Fashion CAD, Trousers Design and Production, Dress Design and Production, Chinese Costume Culture and Creative Design Comprehensive Training, Fashion Brand Design, Fashion Creative Thematic Design, Visual Merchandising, and Becoming a Manager of Fashion Brand Chain Store ,etc.

II. Professional advantages and characteristics

With the deepening of the integration of industry and education as the perspective, the profession builds 'industry chain, talent chain, education chain, innovation chain and entrepreneurship chain ' Through the five chains of 'industry-university-research-application synergy' and the cultivation modes of 'double creation courses, intellectual creation practice, mass creation design, artistic creation Huafu and double creation incubation', the major is committed to providing high quality and high level talents for the development of the “eight trillion”fashion industry, helping to build a new ecology for the fashion industry in the Yangtze River Delta, and contributing 'Hangzhou wisdom' to the development of national higher vocational education.

The major has achieved remarkable results in teaching reform and won the 'First Prize of Zhejiang Higher Education Teaching Achievement' issued by the People's Government of Zhejiang Province. Teachers with excellent teaching and practical skills have won the second prize in the Yangtze River Delta Private University Teachers' Teaching Skills Competition (first prize in the practical group) and the silver prize in the China Fashion Creative Design and Craft Teachers' Skills Competition. Students' skills competition won more than 100 national, provincial and municipal awards and was listed in Hangzhou International Fashion Week. The quality of talents cultivation, such as employment rate of graduates, overall satisfaction of alma mater, satisfaction of teaching level and professional relevance, ranks among the top in the whole college.


The department pays great attention to the advantageous characteristics and the spillover effect of applied research, with more than 40,000 times of teachers' social service, more than 30 vertical and horizontal teaching and research projects completed at the level of the Ministry of Education, Provincial Philosophical Society, Bureau and Department, 1 provincial online course, 2 city high-quality courses, more than 40 academic papers published, 10 utility model patents authorized, and 5 school-based textbooks edited. He has published one academic research monograph and won the second prize of the Academy's landmark achievement in 2020.

III. Teaching staff

This major has 2 professional leaders of Zhejiang Province higher vocational college, 2 Hangzhou teaching master teachers, 2 Hangzhou excellent teachers, 1 city garment technical expert, 2 city 131 talents, 2 outstanding teachers of the College; senior titles account for 50%, master's degree teachers account for more than 85%, and 2 have overseas study background, double-professionally-titled teachers account for 87.5%.

. School-enterprise cooperation and international exchange

The professional gathered a lot of resources of the fashion industry in the region, the implementation of complementary advantages, mutual win-win industry-education, synergistic promotion, integration and strategic measures for co-cultivation, and jointly build the school's innovation base of fashion intelligent inovation base, municipal excellent skilled teacher's studio, 13 leading enterprises off-campus training base. We have accepted more than 100 student internships and graduation internships per academic year, and developed 8 courses in cooperation.

The program strengthens international exchange and implements programs for the comprehensive development of students. For two consecutive years, we have sponsored 37 students to go to famous universities in Hong Kong for high-end technical training. The first international symposium was held, which featured lectures by professors from world-famous fashion schools such as the United States, Britain, Korea and New Zealand, as well as domestic universities such as Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology, broadening the creative thinking of teachers and students.

The Fashion Design and Technology program will continue to build an ecosystem for cultivating fashionable and creative talents in the industry, and to promote the upgrading and development of the fashion industry in the Yangtze River Delta region, as well as the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the development of 'innovative wisdom'.
