1.专业开办历史

杭州万向职业技术学院工业设计专业开设于2007年,为满足浙江省各类产品制造业发展的需要,立足浙江高端装备制造业、智能产品产业、健康休闲产品产业等相关企业、科技公司和设计公司,培养掌握产品设计的基本理论和专业知识,具备产品创新设计、落地支持和品牌设计的核心能力,从事产品设计、交互设计、品牌设计与管理等岗位的高素质复合型技术技能人才以及产品设计创客人才。

主要课程设置:设计素描与设计色彩、创客思维、Rhino曲面技术、设计调查、产品设计程序与方法、产品设计表现、创意设计数字化表达、机器人设计与制作、数字化加工与制造技术、农文旅文创产品设计、陶艺创客设计与制作、智能家电产品创新设计、智能健康产品创新设计、人工智能设计应用等。

2.专业优势及特色

(1)国际化专家顾问,引领专业建设。工业设计专业为学院的品牌建设专业(A类),依托美国普渡大学工业设计专家顾问展开专业的建设,教研室拥有众多的海归博士及硕士,以及浙江省高级工业设计师等。

(2)多元教学方式,育人成果丰硕。专业推行“以赛促创,以赛促训,以赛促教”、“企业项目实战训练”等多元化课程教学方式,在校师生累计获得国家专利400余项,国内外设计奖项200余项,包括德国Reddot概念奖、德国IF产品设计奖、意大利A’design Award、中美创客大赛“中美联队奖”、中国设计红星奖原创奖、中国设计红星奖等。历年学生的就业率保持在98%以上,部分学生毕业即创业,创业率保持在21%以上。学生专升本比例逐年上升,超过了15%。

(3)精干教师队伍,教学实战并进。近五年,本专业教师主持或作为主要成员参与国家级、教育部、省级、院级科研项目合计30余项,公开发表论文20余篇,主编工学结合教材两部:国家十三五重点教材《产品设计程序与方法》、省级重点教材《产品造型的三维数字化设计与制作》,参编高等教育工业设计系列实验教材《快题设计-设计表达与实务》。教师荣获国际级、国家级、省市各级荣誉30余项。

3.师资队伍介绍

工业设计教研室由企业专家型教师引领、中青年教师为主,是一支执行力强、能干事、富有活力和创新力的年轻队伍。本专业共有专任教师9人,硕士学位占89%,双师型教师占78%。拥有浙江省高职高专专业带头人1名,高级工程师1名,高级工业设计师2

,杭州市十大设计精英1名,,留学归国硕博2名。另聘请了工业设计行业知名企业专家,作为专业指导委员会成员,参与专业建设和实践教学。

4.校企合作与国际交流

(1)校企共建紧密型实训基地,共育高质量创新型技能人才。工业设计专业与杭州腾赢工业设计有限公司、杭州朴悟工业产品设计有限公司、浙江萌尾科技有限公司、杭州青众文化创意有限公司等5家校外企业共建紧密型实训基地,构建产学一体化办学平台,合作企业除安排学生顶岗实习外,还在教学、科研、培训等方面进行广泛交流与合作。

举办国际设计营,拓展师生国际视野,触摸设计前沿。工业设计专业邀请美国普渡大学工业设计专业的TJ Kim教授、美国北卡罗莱纳州立大学金凤一教授等,开展高端装备产品、智能产品等主题的国际设计营。累计指导师生150余人,扎实推进课程内容的市场化、现代化与国际化。

(3)万向教育基金资助,众多国际化交流项目,促进全人发展。2014年至今,共有20多名同学入选“万里追梦”、“中美十万强交流”等项目,进行学术考察、名校交流等。累计50多名学生参加青年领袖培训课程,突破自己、学会感恩、学习分享、懂得合作。


Industrial design major introduction

1. History of theMajor

Industrial Design Major was opened in 2007, in order to meet the needs of the development of various types of product manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province, based on the high-end equipment manufacturing industry, intelligent product industry, health and leisure product industry in Zhejiang Province and other related enterprises, science and technology companies and design companies, to cultivate mastery of the basic theories of product design and professional knowledge, with the core competence of product innovation and design, landing support and brand design. The program is designed to cultivate high-quality and complex technical skills talents and product design creators who master the basic theory and professional knowledge of product design, and have the core ability of product innovation design, landing support and brand design, and are engaged in the positions of product design, interaction design, brand design and management.

2. Advantages & characteristics

(1) International consultant team leads the professional construction. The industrial design major is the brand construction major of the college (Class A), relying on the industrial design expert advisory group of Purdue University to carry out the speciality construction, and the teaching team has a lot of returnee doctoral and master's degrees, as well as senior industrial designers in Zhejiang Province, and so on.

(2) Diversified Teaching Methods, Fruitful Nurturing Achievements. The programme implements diversified teaching methods such as "promoting creation by competition, promoting training by competition, promoting teaching by competition" and "practical training for enterprise projects", etc. Teachers and students in the programme have won more than 400 national patents and more than 200 domestic and international design awards, including the Germany More than 400 national patents and more than 200 domestic and international design awards have been won by our students and teachers, including the Reddot Concept Award of Germany, the IF Product Design Award of Germany, the A'design Award of Italy, the China-US Joint Team Award of the Sino-US Creator Competition, the Original Award of the Red Star Award of China Design, and the Red Star Award of China Design. (3) Competent teaching team, teaching and practice. In the past five years, teachers of this major have presided over or participated in more than 30 research projects at national, Ministry of Education, provincial and institutional levels as the main members, published more than 20 papers, edited two textbooks for the combination of engineering and learning: National 13th Five-Year Plan Key Textbook "Product Design Procedures and Methods", Provincial Key Textbook "Three-dimensional Digital Design and Production of Product Modelling", and participated in the editing of the series of experimental textbooks for higher education industrial design, "Quick Question Design - Design Expression and Practice". Teachers have won more than 30 honours at international, national, provincial and municipal levels.


3.Faculty Introduction

The industrial design team is led by expert teachers from enterprises and dominated by young and middle-aged teachers, which is a young team with strong executive power, capable officers, full of vigour and innovation. There are 8 full-time teachers in this major, with 87.5% of master's degree and 100% of dual-teacher teachers. There is one professional leader of Zhejiang Province, one senior engineer, two top ten design elites in Hangzhou, two senior industrial designers, and three returned masters and doctors. In addition, we have hired experts from famous enterprises in the industrial design industry as members of the professional steering committee to participate in professional construction and practical teaching.


4. School-enterprise Cooperation and International Exchange

(1) School-enterprise co-construction of close-knit training bases to educate high-quality and innovative skilled talents. The industrial design programme has built close training bases with five off-campus enterprises, including Hangzhou Tengwing Industrial Design Co., Ltd, Hangzhou Parkwu Industrial Product Design Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Mengwei Technology Co., Ltd, and Hangzhou Qingzhong Culture and Creativity Co., Ltd, to build a platform for the integration of production and learning, and the co-operating enterprises have carried out a wide range of exchanges and co-operation in the areas of teaching, scientific research and training in addition to arranging the students' on-the-job internships.

(2) Organise international design camps to expand teachers' and students' international horizons and touch the frontiers of design. The industrial design programme has invited Professor TJ Kim of Purdue University and Professor Kim Bong-il of North Carolina State University to conduct international design camps on high-end equipment products and intelligent products. More than 150 teachers and students have been instructed, and the marketisation, modernisation and internationalisation of the course content have been solidly promoted.

(3) Sponsored by Wanxiang Education Fund, many international exchange programmes to promote whole-person development.since 2014, more than 20 students have been selected for the programmes of "Pursuing Dreams in 10,000 Miles" and "100,000 Strong Exchange between China and the U.S." to carry out academic study tours and exchanges with prestigious schools, etc. More than 50 students have participated in the Young Leaders Training Programme. More than 50 students have participated in the Youth Leadership Training Programme to break through themselves, learn to be grateful, learn to share, and understand cooperation.
