1.专业开办历史

杭州万向职业技术学院工商企业管理专业开设于2001年,秉承“明德、慎思、崇实、创新”的校训,结合浙江区域经济发展战略,培养大数据时代掌握工商企业经营管理的基本理论和创新创业专业知识,具备互联网应用和对大数据进行统计分析和数据应用的核心能力,能够从事基于大数据平台的创意营销、企业运营管理、时尚创新产品项目管理等工作的高素质复合型技术技能人才。

主要课程包括商业大数据分析技术、创业项目管理、市场营销实务、企业管理沙盘模拟实战、智能化生产运作管理、企业管理、市场调查与统计技术、创业组织与管理、量化人力资源管理、互联网思维与创业等。

1)建立联合实训基地,为学生职业发展铺好道路。专业与易居中国、绿城集团、上海必胜客有限公司浙江分公司、迪卡侬(上海)体育用品有限公司、杭州肯德基有限公司等多家合作企业建立了定向合作关系,实行“企业专家进课堂,实训学生下企业”的培养模式,真正为学生铺好毕业后的职业发展道路。

2)积极参加校内外竞赛,开拓建设创新创业团队。专业推行“以赛促教、课赛一体”模式,带领学生获得多项校内外竞赛获奖记录。曾获得浙江省第三届挑战杯创新创业竞赛二等奖、第十四届、十六届挑战杯大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛三等奖、浙江省“民生民意杯”统计调查大赛一等奖、二等奖、三等奖若干。

3)专业化课程顾问团队,积累丰硕教改成果。专业建立了动态筛选、包含企业高层、中层、资深员工组成的企业专家兼课队伍,均为浙江省、杭州市工商企业资深管理人员。在不断的深化教改过程中,获得全国高等院校经贸专业教学成果二等奖、2020年教师教学能力竞赛三等奖、2019CCFA中国连锁经营协会校企合作优秀案例奖等。

3.师资队伍介绍

工商企业管理团队是一支以企业型教授引领、中青年教师为主的学习型和研究型团队。本专业现有14位专任教师,其中教授2人、副教授6人,具有企业管理经历或创业经历5人,双师型教师比例达80%以上。专业获得第十一届、十三届全国企业管理现代化创新成果国家级二等奖2项,建设省在线精品课程2门,主持或参与国家级、教育部、省级、院级科研项目课题50余项,公开发表论文30多篇,专著3本、主编教材7本。

4.校企合作与国际交流

专业数年来不断深化产教融合,探索了一条“学校企业双联动,课堂实践齐上场”的培养模式。本专业与华立.创客社区、浙江象朴网络科技有限公司、安可美丽公司、百胜集团、新联康(中国)有限公司、星巴克咖啡、绿城置换等国际国内知名企业在教学、科研、实训等方面展开深度合作。

专业教师曾赴台湾、澳大利亚、美国等地标杆考察,与新西兰商学院、美国加州州立大学圣马克斯分校、美国圣文森大学、台湾真理大学等学校形成了交流生项目,为学历的进一步提升提供捷径。

The main courses including Business Big Data Analysis Technology,Entrepreneurial Project Management, Marketing Practice, Sand Table Simulation of Enterprise Management, Intelligent Production and Operation Management, Enterprise Management, Market Survey and Statistical Technology, Entrepreneurial Organization and Management, Quantitative Human Resource Management, Internet Thinking and Entrepreneurship, etc.

2. Advantages & Characteristics

(1) Establish a joint training base to pave the way for students' career development. The major has established directional cooperative relations with e-house China, Greentown group, Shanghai pizza hut co., LTD., Decathlon (Shanghai) sports goods co., LTD., Hangzhou KFC, and other cooperative enterprises. The major implements the training mode of 'enterprise experts in the classroom, practical training students in the enterprise', and truly paves the way for students' career development after graduation.

(2) Actively participate in internal and external competitions and develop innovative and entrepreneurial teams. The major carries out the mode of 'promoting teaching by competition, integrating class and competition', and leads students to win a number of awards in and out of school competitions. Including Zhejiang Province third Challenge Cup Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition second prize, third prize in the 14th and 16th Challenge Cup College Students Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition, Several first prizes, second prizes and third prizes in Zhejiang Statistical Survey Competition, etc.

(3) Professional course consultant team and accumulate rich educational reform results. The major sets up a dynamic screening part-time teaching course team, including enterprise senior, middle, senior staff composed of enterprise experts. They are senior managers of industrial and commercial enterprises in Zhejiang province and Hangzhou city. 3. Introduction of Teaching Staff

This is a team of young and middle-aged teachers based on learning and researching, guiding by entrepreneurial professors. The major has 14 full-time teachers, including 2 professors and 6 associate professors, five of them have business management experience or entrepreneurial experience. The proportion of double-qualified teachers is more than 80%. The major has won 2 national Second prizes of the 11th and 13th national Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievements and built two provincial online quality courses. The major has presided over or participated in more than 50 scientific research projects at the national level, the Ministry of Education, the provincial level and the college level. And it has published more than 30 papers, 3 monographs and 7 textbooks.

4.School-Enterprise Cooperation and International Exchange

Over the years, the major has deepened the integration of industry and education, and explored a training mode of 'double-linkage between schools and enterprises, combined classroom with practice'. The major carries out in-depth cooperation in teaching, scientific research and practical training with international and domestic famous enterprises such as Huali Maker Community, Zhejiang Xiangpu Network Technology Co., LTD, Anke Meili Co., LTD, Yum Brands Group, newlandsh (China) Co., LTD, Starbucks Coffee and Greentown Exchange.

The major has been to Taiwan, Australia, the United States and other places to conduct benchmarking, and has formed exchange student programs with New Zealand Business School, California State University of The United States, St. Marks, Aletheia University and other schools, providing a shortcut for further academic promotion.
