一、专业基本情况

工商企业管理专业开设于2001年,秉承“明德、慎思、崇实、创新”的校训,结合浙江区域经济发展战略,下设创业管理和未来社区数智化运营管理两大专业方向。培养大数据时代掌握工商企业经营管理的基本理论和创新创业专业知识,具备互联网应用和对大数据进行统计分析和数据应用的核心能力,能够从事基于大数据平台的新媒体运营、企业运营管理、未来社区数智化管理等工作的高素质复合型技术技能人才。

主要课程包括企业管理、市场调查与统计技术、商业大数据分析技术、新媒体运营、网络直播技术、创业项目管理、市场营销创新实务、企业管理沙盘模拟实战、智能化生产运作管理、量化人力资源管理、社区管理等。

二、理念与定位

工商企业管理专业立足设计创意专业群,结合浙江区域经济发展实际,培养适应新时代、新产业、新业态需求的创业型经营管理人才。顺应“大众创业,万众创新”时代之要求,立足杭州、面向长三角,做到创业创新创造精神教育进教材、进课堂、进头脑。实施一年级培养创业意识、企业体验(见习)、二年级实施“半工半读”学徒制岗位技能培训、三年级加盟创业或进入管理岗位实践,形成创业创新系统集成的人才培养模式。

三、师资与实训条件

工商企业管理团队是一支以企业型教授引领、中青年教师为主的学习型和研究型团队。本专业现有13位专任教师,其中教授2人、副教授4人。专业建设省在线精品课程2门,主持或参与国家级、省部级、院级科研项目50余项,公开发表论文30多篇,专著5本,主编教材8本。专业与华立创客、迪卡侬、肯德基等多家合作企业共建立了6个校外实训基地,在校内有用于企业ERP、电子商务、新媒体工作室、房地产营销等7个实训室,能够为学生提供安全全面的实训环境与设备。

四、校企合作与国际交流

专业数年来不断深化产教融合,探索了一条“学校企业双联动,课堂实践齐上场”的培养模式。本专业与华立创客社区、浙江象朴网络科技有限公司、安可美丽公司、百胜集团、新联康(中国)有限公司、星巴克咖啡、绿城置换等国际国内知名企业在教学、科研、实训等方面展开深度合作。

专业曾赴台湾、澳大利亚、美国等地标杆考察,与新西兰商学院、美国圣文森大学、台湾真理大学等学校形成了交换项目,为学历的进一步提升提供捷径。

五、改革创新与成果特色

1)建立联合实训基地,培养学生工匠精神。专业与易居中国、绿城物业、上海必胜客、迪卡侬(上海)、杭州肯德基等多家合作企业建立了定向合作关系,实行“企业专家进课堂,实训学生下企业”的培养模式。

2)积极参加校内外竞赛,开拓建设创新创业团队。专业推行“以赛促教、课赛一体”模式,带领学生获得多项校内外竞赛获奖记录。曾获得浙江省第三届挑战杯创新创业竞赛二等奖、第十四届、十六届挑战杯大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛三等奖、浙江省“民生民意杯”统计调查大赛一等奖、二等奖、三等奖若干。

3)专业化课程顾问团队,积累丰硕教改成果。专业建立了动态筛选、包含企业高层、中层、资深员工组成的企业专家兼课队伍。在不断的深化教改过程中,获得全国高等院校经贸专业教学成果二等奖、2020年教师教学能力竞赛三等奖、2019CCFA中国连锁经营协会校企合作优秀案例奖等。


Business Management Major

1. Basic Professional Information

The Business and Commercial Enterprise Management major was initiated in 2001, adhering to the school motto of “Integrity, Prudence, Practice, and Innovation.” In alignment with the regional economic development strategy of Zhejiang, it offers two major specializations: Entrepreneurship Management and Future Community Intelligent Operation Management. The program aims to cultivate high-quality, compound technical talents who possess foundational theories of business management and specialized knowledge in innovation and entrepreneurship in the era of big data. The students are equipped with core capabilities to apply internet technologies, conduct statistical analysis, and data applications on big data, and can engage in jobs like new media operations, business operation management, and future community intelligent management based on big data platforms.

The main courses include Business Management, Market Research and Statistical Techniques, Commercial Big Data Analysis, New Media Operations, Live Streaming Technologies, Entrepreneurial Project Management, Marketing Innovation Practice, Business Management Sand Table Simulation, Intelligent Production Operations Management, Quantitative Human Resources Management, Community Management, etc.

2. Concept and Orientation

The Business and Commercial Enterprise Management major is based on the design creativity cluster and tailored to the actual economic development of Zhejiang, aiming to produce entrepreneurial management talents suitable for the new era, industries, and business forms. Aligning with the era’s call for mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the curriculum focuses on fostering the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation in Zhejiang and the Yangtze River Delta region, incorporating it into textbooks, classrooms, and students’ minds. It implements a systematic training approach that emphasizes entrepreneurial awareness and corporate experience for freshmen, a ‘study and work’ apprenticeship model for sophomores, and opportunities for juniors to join in entrepreneurship or to practice in management positions.

3. Teachers and Training Conditions

The Business and Commercial Enterprise Management team consists of learning and research-focused professors leading a group of young and middle-aged teachers. There are 13 full-time faculty members in the major, including 2 professors and 4 associate professors. The program runs 2 provincial online elite courses, hosts or participates in over 50 national, provincial, and college-level research projects, has published more than 30 papers, written 5 monographs, and edited 8 textbooks. The major has established 6 off-campus training bases in collaboration with companies like Huali Maker, Decathlon, KFC, etc., and features 7 on-campus training labs for ERP, e-commerce, new media studio, real estate marketing, etc., offering a safe and comprehensive training environment and equipment for students.

4.School-Enterprise Cooperation and International Exchange

For several years, the major has continuously deepened the integration of industry and education, exploring a training model that simultaneously engages schools and enterprises with practical classroom experiences. The major has developed deep collaborations with well-known domestic and international enterprises, such as Huatop Community, Zhejiang Xiangpu Network Technology Co., Ltd., Anke Meili Co., LTD, Yum China Holdings, Inc., New Link Health (China) Co., Ltd., Starbucks Coffee, and Green-town Property Management, in areas of teaching, research, and training.

The program has visited benchmark institutions in Taiwan, Australia, USA and has established exchange projects with institutions like the New Zealand Business School, St. Vincent College in the USA, and Aletheia University in Taiwan, providing shortcuts for further academic enhancement.

5. Reform Innovation and Characteristics of Achievements

1By establishing joint training bases, the program fosters students’ craftsmanship spirit. The major has formed targeted cooperative relationships with companies like E-House China, Green-town Property Management, Shanghai Pizza Hut, Decathlon (Shanghai), Hangzhou KFC, etc., adopting a training model that brings corporate experts into the classroom and sends students into enterprises for practical training.

2Actively participating in both internal and external competitions to develop innovative entrepreneurial teams. The major promotes an “education through competition” model, leading students to achieve multiple awards in internal and external contests. It has won the second prize in the third Zhejiang Province “Challenge Cup” Entrepreneurship Competition, third prizes in the fourteenth and sixteenth “Challenge Cup” University Students’ Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Contest, and several first, second, and third prizes in the Zhejiang Province “People’s Wellbeing Cup” Statistical Investigation Contest.

3With a specialized course consultant team, the major has accumulated fruitful teaching reform results. A dynamic team of industry experts, including high-level and mid-level executives and senior employees, is regularly brought in as adjunct instructors. During continuous teaching reforms, the major has won the second prize for National Higher Education Economics and Trade Teaching Achievements, the third prize in the 2020 Teacher Teaching Capability Competition, and the 2019 CCFA China Chain Store & Franchise Association School-Enterprise Cooperation Excellence Case Award, among others.
